Please plan to attend practice on Thursday for a special clinic from Coach Andy of the Rays for the 10 and under and 11 and up swimmers. The clinic will be held during normal practice times! You don't want to miss it!

8-9am 10 and under (13 and up volunteers arrive at 7:55am)
8:45-9:15 Jr Fliers (Monday and Tuesday)
9-10am 11 and up
