Happy 4th of July! There will be no practice Thursday and Friday this week.
Looking ahead for our meet on Wednesday at home we can use better attendance. Our last few meets from our 150 swimmer team we have been bringing 90 athletes or less to the meets.…
Monday July 1st we will have practice at our normal time, including JR. Fliers from 8:45-9:15am.
Meet Details: Plan to arrive at 4:45pm at Aquia Harbor. The neighborhood is quite a drive so make sure to leave plenty of time for travel.
