Fawn Lake Fliers Families,

To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive practice environment for all swimmers, we are implementing the following policies effective immediately due to ongoing safety and behavior concerns.

Parents, please review these expectations with your swimmer(s) before practice on Monday.

1. Pool Deck Access
   Swimmers may only be on the pool deck during their scheduled practice time or while serving in an official volunteer role. Swimmers may arrive no more than 10 minutes before their practice begins and should leave the pool deck promptly when practice ends. ***If a swimmer has a sibling participating in a later practice, they should wait outside the pool area unless prior approval by email has been granted by Coach Nicole or the Swim Board. Approved swimmers must remain seated quietly in a designated chair while waiting. If this approval is needed, please email Coach Nicole at [email protected]***
2. No Access Under the Upper Deck
   Swimmers are not permitted under the deck at any time. Personal belongings should be stored in other areas on the pool deck.
3. Help Keep Our Pool Clean
   Please ensure all trash and personal items are picked up before leaving practice. We have received complaints regarding litter left behind after swim team practices, and we appreciate everyone's help in keeping our facility clean.

Please remember that the pool is not open to anyone other than registered swimmers during swim practice. Lifeguards and coaches are fully focused on supervising swimmers in the water and conducting practice. They are not available to supervise children who are on the pool deck before, after, or outside of their scheduled practice time.

The Fawn Lake Fliers Swim Board is made up entirely of volunteers who are committed to providing a positive experience for every swimmer. With your support, we can maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

If these issues continue, we will require parents to remain at practice with their swimmers.
