Practice Expectations
Dear Fliers Families,
Our coaching staff works hard each day to provide a positive, focused, and productive practice environment for all swimmers. During recent 9-12 age group practices, there have been an increasing number of disruptions and instances of horseplay that have impacted practice and distracted from instruction.
We ask that all families please remind their swimmers that respectful behavior toward coaches and teammates is expected at all times and is a requirement for participation in practice. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment allows our coaches to give every swimmer the attention and instruction they deserve.
Additionally, because our coaching staff is supervising on the pool deck from 7:45–9:45 a.m., we ask parents to speak with swimmers who arrive or leave practice without a caregiver present about demonstrating respectful and responsible behavior both on and around the pool deck.
Thank you for your continued support of our outstanding coaching staff and for helping us uphold the positive team culture that makes the Fawn Lake Fliers so special. We appreciate your partnership in making this a successful and enjoyable season for all.
Go Fliers!
