Good morning Fawn Lake Fliers Families!

Tonight is our first swim meet of the season at the Spotsylvania Branch Family YMCA Pool, 5700 Smith Station Road, Fredericksburg VA 22407.

Please arrive by 4:45 p.m.

Swimmers should look for coaches in the outside team area and get event numbers on arms.

As the VISITING team, we will warm up between 5:20 and 5:50 P.M.

Make sure to download the Swimtopia app on your phone and look out for updates in case of inclement weather.

If we have inclement weather and cannot have the meet, our rain date is TOMORROW June 6th at the Fawn Lake Pool. You will be notified through Swimtopia if the rain date is implemented. If you are unable to make the rain date, please notify Coach Nicole by this evening.

If your swimmer has an emergency and cannot swim, please contact Coach Nicole immediately. 540-903-1945

Bring your own camping chairs and shade tents. The team area is outside. The Clerk of Course is outside. The pool is inside. You will be allowed to watch your athlete compete but will not be allowed to set up and stay indoors. Bring plenty of sun block and water.

DO NOT ENTER the YMCA Lobby. When facing the building, head LEFT. Everyone will be entering the building on the side entrance.

Swim caps will be on sale for $15 via cash or card. Find Gretchen Johnson to purchase these.

Concessions are located adjacent to the spectator areas, outside. CASH ONLY. Items may include (but not limited to): Chick-Fil-A, Pizza, prepackaged snacks, yogurts, fresh fruit, chips, candy and drinks (soda, water, sports drinks).

In order to make the meet go as quickly as possible we will be combining the following events into one heat. 5&6, 9&10,11&12,15&16,31&32, Possibly 36&37 59&60.

No photos of videos of any kind permitted behind the blocks at any time.

No glass, smoking or pets inside the YMCA facility or near the entrances.

No alcohol permitted in the pool or spectator areas.
