The Week Ahead:

This week we will have afternoon practice Mon. June 3, Tues. June 4, Thurs. June 6 and Fri. June 7. 

11 and up 4:30-5:15pm      10 and under's 5:15-6pm

13 and up volunteers report following their practice and sign the log.

Our swim meet Wed. June 5th will be at The Spotsylvania Ron Rosner YMCA Arrive at 4:45 for swimmers to get event numbers from the coaches. Warm-ups start promptly at 5:00pm and Meet Starts at 6pm. Address: 5700 Smith Station Rd Fredericksburg, VA 22407

Concessions will be sold at the meet. Alcohol is not permitted during the meet.

Swimmers should wear their suit and have their caps and goggles for the meet. Please use sunblock too! Pack multiple towels for your swimmer, sweatshirts for when the sun goes down and keep your swimmer hydrated during the meet. Try to limit sweets until they have completed their races. Ribbons will be handed out at practice on Thursday.
