Good morning, 

Thanks to everyone who has already come and picked up their swimmer's awards.  We still have over 30 swimmers who have not picked up their awards.  If you are on vacation please send me an email letting me know when you can pick up.  All children who were registered for swim team at the beginning of the season receive a participation trophy, regardless of how many meets they swam in.  

I have noticed that some families have picked up half of their awards, but still have swimmers in the family whose awards are not claimed.  Every swimmer has a ziplock bag with their swimmer report card, any ribbons earned that they have not picked up yet, and a participation trophy.  If your child never swam in a meet, the ziplock bag will be empty. I have tossed most of those bags.  

I appreciate your understanding of our need to wrap up this season so that we can focus on other things as we prepare for the coming school year.
