Welcome to your pre-Champs break!! Congratulations to all the swimmers last night and to all the parent volunteers that made our second and last home meet run super smooth.

We did not have any triple winners this week.

Enjoy all the fun stuff that is planned for the next couple weeks, but also be sure the swimmers are putting in some work at the morning practices so they can post their best times at Champs.
