    July 5th

    Hello Everyone,

    I want to tell you about the BEST meet of the season, Champs!! This meet is at Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center and gives the swimmers an amazing feeling of accomplishment!

    The Deadline to RSVP is Tues. July 11th at NOON!

    RSL Championships will be on Sat. July 22nd at Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center:

    1600 Mine Rd, Stafford, VA 22554

    10 and under will swim early morning to early afternoon. 11 and up will swim late morning to afternoon. In order to participate in Champs:

    • 6 and under swimmers need to have participated in 1 meet during the season.
    • 7 and up swimmers need to participate in 2 meets during the season.
    On Friday July 14th I will submit Champs entries. I have to know as soon as possible if you CANNOT attend Champs! We have to pay for each swimmer entered in Champs and we CANNOT substitute swimmers for individual entries. Please RSVP by Tuesday July 11th at NOON.

    -Planning for Champs takes many hours to prepare for a successful Champs!!

    -Champs entries must be submitted 1 week in advance of the Champs meet on Sat. July 22nd.

    -Once entries are submitted (Friday July 14th) no changes or additions can be made to the events. Relays may be adjusted but NOT individual events.

    -Please make sure to DECLARE on Swimtopia.

    -This meet is Amazing!! Each event will be divided into A, B, and C qualifying times. This gives each team three chances to score points and lots of opportunities for newer swimmers to earn placement ribbons.
