Hello Parents! 

I just wanted to make sure you understood our cut-off's/alerts for declaring your swimmer on SwimTopia.  If you receive an email with:

The deadline has passed to swim the meet on...

This means you are receiving this email because you have NOT declared your swimmer.  The whole team does not receive these emails.  If you do not sign up your swimmer they cannot participate in the meet.

Moving forward here are the deadlines for the rest of the season:

HOME Thursday July 6th deadline: Sunday July 2nd 9pm

HOME Monday July 10 deadline: Friday July7th 9pm

Champs Sat. July 22 deadline: Tuesday July 11 at noon
