Hi Fawn Lake Fliers Families! Happy Home Meet Day! 

We are moving forward with the meet as scheduled.  If ANYTHING changes, we will alert you via Swimtopia and Facebook.  Please download the Swimtopia app and enable push notifications for the most up to date info. 

If we have a delay due to weather, everyone will be asked to clear the pool deck.  Safety is our first priority.  You must wait in your cars until you are notified that the meet is resuming. DO NOT GO HOME!  BE READY TO RESUME THE MEET AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  

Arrival time for swimmers is 4:30 p.m. PLEASE BE ON TIME! Warm-ups start promptly at 5:00 and the meet starts at 6pm.  Volunteers be sure to check in with Rachelle Shields and get your name tag when you arrive. 

Please come HUNGRY! Our concessions team is ready to feed you!  The concessions menu for tonight is attached.  

Alcohol is not permitted during the meet.

We will also have Fawn Lake Fliers apparel including PJ pants and hoodies for sale! Cash, card, or checks made out to Fawn Lake Swim Team are all acceptable forms of payment. 

Please bring your own chairs, umbrellas, rain gear if wanted. You may bring tents as well! If it is windy, you will need to weight your tent down to prevent it from blowing away.  Please be mindful of potential high winds and break down your tent if it becomes a hazard.
