Good morning swim team families, 

We have been receiving many questions re: weather related changes or updates to practice or swim meets.  We understand that everyone is anxious about the weather and wants to know what the plan for tonight is.  As of RIGHT NOW, the meet is still on.  All updates regarding any changes to practice or meets will go out through Swimtopia.  We also do our best to post quickly to our social media sites both on Instagram @fawnlakeswimteam and Facebook (Fawn Lake Fliers).  Please follow us on both spots! 

We recommend you download the app to receive the most update to date information.  Enable notifications and have them pushed to your device so you get updated in real time.  This helps with following your swimmer events and results too! It's worth the download and paying the small fee.  You can always disable the app after summer, and just re-up your subscription for the summer swim season. 

We do not always notify you if there are no changes.  If you don't hear anything, always assume practice and meets are on as scheduled.  There are many factors that determine these decisions and many stakeholders involved.  We make the best decisions we can based on all the information and various stakeholder perspectives.
