Good evening Fliers families! 

Tomorrow afternoon we will be having swimmer evaluations at the Fawn Lake Pool from 3:30-5 p.m.  The weather looks perfect!! The pool will close to the community at 3 pm. 11 & up swimmers should report to the pool at 3:30 pm for evaluations, and 10 & under swimmers should report at 4:15 p.m. Registration payment is due prior to evaluations. Swimmers will not be allowed to participate in evaluations until payment has been received.  Please remit your payment before evaluations tomorrow, or bring a check with your swimmer fees to the pool and give it to Emily Tosh before evals. 

After evaluations, there will be an Ice Cream Party at the Fawn Lake Beach starting at 4:15 pm. 11 & Up swimmers and families may come for ice cream starting at 4:15, and 10 & under swimmers may join after they have been evaluated. The ice cream party will end by 6 p.m. 

Last season's apparel will be for sale until supplies last.  We also have cinch bags, swim caps, and Turkish towels available.  Please look for our apparel coordinator, Stephanie Maxwell, with all apparel related questions.  Cash, check, or credit card for payment.  Credit card processing may be tricky due to service issues at the beach. If you have cash or check, that is preferred. 

If you cannot make evaluations, please email Coach Nicole with your preferred alternate time.  Alternate times are reserved for extenuating circumstances only. Swimmers may not attend practice without being evaluated first. No exceptions.
