JumpStart Swim Program

• A six-week program designed for experienced summer league swimmers, ages 7 & older, who are looking to get that competitive edge for the summer swim season.
• Emphasis is on developing and improving the fundamentals of the four competitive strokes as well as racing starts and turns. SWIMMER MUST BE LEGAL IN ALL 4 STROKES.
• Each session is devoted to stroke instruction, some sprint training, and swimming enjoyment.
• Learn to swim faster under the guidance and expertise of the Stingrays coaching staff.
• REGISTRATION SWIMMER LIMIT: YMCA facilities - 4 minimum and 12 maximum; JRSSC - 4 minimum and 16 maximum.

Online registration will open on Friday, February 24, 2023 and closes on Sunday, April 30, 2023

JumpStart runs from April 17th to May 25th

Program Fees

$190 per swimmer at YMCA locations or $210 at JRSSC

PLUS the USA Swimming registration fee of either:

$43 for 13 and older swimmers (Seasonal Membership) -or-

$30 for 12 and under swimmers (Flex Membership)
