Happy 4th of July everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

Here's a couple details I want to share with you if you need to change your child's participation in the meet.

1. If you change your child's attendance please notify me by email or text at 540-903-1945. 

2. If you need to pull your swimmer from the meet please notify by text or phone by 2:30pm on the meet day so I can fix relays and such. 

The Week Ahead:

No practice today Monday July 4th and Thursday July 7th.

This week we will have morning practice Tues. July 5, Wed. July 6, and Fri. July 8th.

10 and under 8-9am and 11 and up 9-10am.

13 and up volunteers report at 7:50am and sign the log.

Jr Fliers practice Tuesday at 8:45-9:15am. Meet by the shallow end.

Our swim meet Wed. July 6th will be AWAY Arrive at 4:45 for swimmers to get event numbers from the coaches. Warm-ups start promptly at 5:25 and Meet Starts at 6pm.

Swimmers should wear their suit and have their caps and goggles for the meet. Please use sunblock too! Pack multiple towels for your swimmer, sweatshirts for when the sun goes down and keep your swimmer hydrated during the meet. Try to limit sweets until they have completed their races. Ribbons will be handed out at practice on Friday.

Please let me know if your child can/cannot attend the HOME meet by Friday July 8th by 9pm. Once in Swimtopia, select "Meets and Events", "Sign-up Calendar" and the green "Meet Entry Open" box for the July 13th HOME meet and declare whether your child will be swimming or not swimming. Please email me if you have any questions! Don't forget to "sign-up" to volunteer as well!
