Good morning! 

Looking forward to seeing everyone this morning for practice!  Here is the info for the meet tonight and the deadline to sign up for our first home meet is Friday June 17th at 9pm. Next week our home meet is Monday June 20th.

Today our swim meet will be at Hampton Oaks Arrive at 4:45 for swimmers to get event numbers from the coaches. Warm-ups start promptly at 5:25 and Meet Starts at 6pm. Address: 80 Northhampton Blvd. Stafford 22554

While parking please be respectful of driveways, mailboxes and fire hydrants. Seating for our team is on the toddler side of the pool. Concessions will be sold at the meet. Alcohol is not permitted during the meet.

Swimmers should wear their suit and have their caps and goggles for the meet. Please use sunblock too! Pack multiple towels for your swimmer, sweatshirts for when the sun goes down and keep your swimmer hydrated during the meet. Try to limit sweets until they have completed their races. Ribbons will be handed out at practice on Friday.

No swim practice Thursday June 16th.
