Good afternoon,

Rest up today for the meet tonight with calm activities and staying hydrated/fueled!

Any 11 and up swimmer or parents able to help with concessions arrive at 3:45PM to help Mr. Young and Mr. Betz.

Plan to arrive to the meet at 4:30PM and report to the coaches for your event numbers.

Warm-ups start promptly at 5pm and after the big kids warm-up we will announce all free relays to meet at the baby pool to organize the swimmers. 13 and up swimmers have been assigned a group to get to the blocks for relays. I will announce that today while we are lining up the kids! Once we are all organized the meet will start with Event #1 100 Free.

Fun practice tomorrow from 9-10am!

Friday practice will be at our normal time! 

Please sign-up Sunday by 9pm for our meet next week.  We have a new policy if you do not sign up your swimmer on time for the meet they will ONLY swim freestyle at the meet.  If you are having struggles signing up for the meet please reach out to me!
