Good afternoon,

Rest up today for the meet tonight with calm activities and staying hydrated/fueled!

Any 11 and up swimmer or parents able to help with concessions arrive at 3:45PM to help Mr. Young.

Plan to arrive to the meet at 4:30PM and report to the coaches for your event numbers.

Warm-ups start promptly at 5pm and after the big kids warm-up we will announce all free relays to meet at the baby pool to organize the swimmers.  13 and up swimmers have been assigned a group to get to the blocks for relays.  I will announce that today while we are lining up the kids! Once we are all organized the meet will start with Event #1 100 Free. 

Tomorrow we will have no swim but Ice Cream at Miller's farm at 10am.  Bring money to purchase ice cream and plan to have a super cool time!  

Friday practice will be at our normal time! No practice on Monday and no swim meet next week.
