What an amazing meet for our team last night!  I appreciate all your patience and assistance to get our meet off the ground! 

Moving ahead we have normal practice tomorrow and ribbons will be given out at the end of practices.  

This past week we had some confusion about marking your meet attendance. This information is crucial for me to plan the meet.  In order to give me enough time to plan the meet for our team of 150 kids our deadline will be Sunday at 9pm!  Please help me by marking your kids meet participation!  Below is a little info to help you sign-up!

You have to use the website for setting the attendance. Log into SwimTopia.com. (In a browser, not the app) Click the menu button and select signup calendar For the next meet (or any you already know about) click Meet Entry and set attendance there.

Also IF your child becomes ill and cannot participate in the meet I would like the parent to text/call me by NOON on the meet day and let me know.  My number is 540-903-1945. This way if your child is in a relay I can get that organized before I print out all the meet reports for the volunteers!
