Hello Flier Families, 

We did it! First meet is in the books! Our team is large (which is awesome!) and it definitely requires all hands on deck to pull off a meet. I want to sincerely thank each of you that supported the meet last night. Every job is essential. 

As a reminder, per our volunteer policy, families are required to volunteer in at least one shift in the meets that your children are signed up for. If you do not sign up for a volunteer role on Swimtopia or email me your request I have to randomly assign you to a role so that we are fully staffed with volunteers and are able to do the meet. That being said, sign up as early as you can so you can get your preferred shift and role! Every single parent on deck is a volunteer. I mean it when I say we truly can't do meets without you!

I am requesting that if you have a swimmer participating that you sign up for your volunteer role by the Sunday evening prior to the meet. This will give me adequate time to fill holes if we have them. Don't know how to sign up? Email me!
