It's not too late to Prep for High School Swimming! 

The Stingrays:

High School Prep Program

• A seven-week program designed to meet the competitive needs of swimmers who want to prepare for the upcoming High School season.
• For ages 13 and over, as well as approved 12 year olds. SWIMMER MUST BE LEGAL IN ALL 4 STROKES.
• Swimmers may participate only in meets, during the program duration, that the RAYS attend.
• No fundraising requirement with this program.
• REGISTRATION SWIMMER LIMIT: YMCA facilities - 4 minimum and 10 maximum; JRSSC - 4 minimum and 32 maximum.

Online registration willopen on Monday, August 5, 2019 and closes on Tuesday, October 8, 2019.

High School Prep runs from September 23rd to November 7th
Program Fees: $250 per swimmer at YMCA locations; $290 at JRSSC

*Membership is required at YMCA facilities only.

SWIMMERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE GOGGLES. Optional equipment may be purchased at time of registration: RAYS Latex swim cap $4; RAYS Silicone swim cap $12; Team T-shirt $15.
