Hi All,

Before the season wraps up, I just wanted to thank our board of directors for their great work this year! This is a dedicated team of people, many who have held the position for multiple years and some who have held more than one position. Our team has grown to more than a 140 swimmers and over 80 families! The Board would like to hear from you, if you are interested in serving in any of the positions listed below.  Although I'm  hopeful that many of our board members will return next year, we need to have a succession plan in place to make sure the Fawn Lake Swim Team continues to thrive.  We raised more than $7,000 this year from sponsors and fundraisers,  $2,400 in concessions, and $1,100 in apparel (record breaking)! This means we've kept our costs lower than most teams and have a nice reserve of around $12,000 for equipment and other needs.  Please let me know if you are interested in serving on the board (a conversation does not commit you and current board members would be willing to help transition).
