Dont forget to join us at the team movie today at the Regal Theater to see The Lion King at 2:30pm.  Arrive at 2pm to get good seats.

Arrive at Jeff Rouse at 7am to get numbers from the coaches.  Please be prompt to warm-ups. 

Our warm-up will be brief for both groups little kids will go first at 7:35am and big kids to follow.  Lanes 5-9 The meet will begin at 8:10am.
