Hello Parents,

At this point all CHAMPS entries have been submitted. If you for any reason cannot make champs call me immediately 540-903-1945.  

The children will find out their races for Champs on Monday morning at practice.  Please remind them I am limited entries in Freestyle and the relays.  All children will be swimming at least one individual event. Their entry for Champs was based on their times for categories A, B, C. It is a computer generated decision as to which time fits in each category.  I feel confident in the events and know the kids will SHINE! 

Practice will be normal time all week: Monday-Friday.  Attendance is very important this week. Try your best to make it every day!

Wed. July 31st at NOON will be Lunch at Locust Grove McDonalds

Thurs. Aug. 1st the team will be seeing The Lion King at the Regal theater around the 1-2pm time frame.  Once times are posted, I will email the team for sure.  

Fri. Aug. 2nd Pasta Party at the Soccer Pavilion from 5:30-7pm. Please bring a pasta dish, salad, or bread to share. (Serving Utensils as well) Bring your own drinks!  Its a great time to carb-up before the big meet!  I hope you will join me there!!  

Sat. Aug. 3rd Champs at Jeff Rouse, more details coming soon! 

Sat. Aug 3rd Dessert and Swim Party 7-10pm Bring a Dessert to share and celebrate an awesome season!!
