Champs Info: Time Sensitive

Hello Everyone,
I want to tell you about the BEST meet of the season, Champs!! This meet is INDOORS and gives the swimmers an amazing feeling of accomplishment!
The Deadline to RSVP is Wed. July 24th at NOON!
RSL Championships will be on Sat. August 3rd at Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center: 1600 Mine Rd, Stafford, VA 22554
All groups will swim early morning to early afternoon.
In order to participate in Champs:
On Saturday July 27th I will attend a Champs planning session. I have to know as soon as possible if you CANNOT attend Champs! We have to pay for each swimmer entered in Champs and we CANNOT substitute swimmers for individual entries. Please RSVP by Wednesday July 24th at Noon. -Planning for Champs takes many hours to prepare for a successful Champs!!
- 6 and under swimmers need to have participated in 1 meet during the season.
- 7 and up swimmers need to participate in 2 meets during the season.

-Champs entries must be submitted 1 week in advance of the Champs meet on Sat. Aug. 3rd.
-Once entries are submitted (Friday July 26th) no changes or additions
can be made to the events. Relays may be adjusted but NOT individual events.
-Please make sure to RSVP to the Team App.
-This meet is Amazing!! It allows swimmers to be recognized in 3 categories that earn the same points for their team.
